15 Years of AALP Impact, Told Through Alumni Voices – Betty Hill’s leadership reflects purpose, compassion, and a commitment to helping others grow. Through AALP, she strengthened her leadership voice and discovered the power of combining confidence, empathy, and authentic connection in how she leads. Today, she serves as a master trainer supporting 140 programs across her network while expanding Power Gurlz into four new schools and creating opportunities that empower the next generation of leaders.
