As we honor our founder’s legacy, we are committed to the core values that inspired AALAM’s creation as articulated in our Belief Statement:

Having personally benefited from AALAM’s leadership program, I understand its transformative potential and am passionate about ensuring it continues for future generations.

The coming months will bring opportunities for us to contribute to and benefit from our renewed vision and strategic plan. We are particularly excited about developing a formal alumni membership structure that will create meaningful ways for us to stay connected, continue our growth, and impact the trajectory of Milwaukee.
